Biography Of Mahatma Gandhi  – Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, famously known as ‘Mahatma’ (which means ‘Great Soul’) was born on 2nd October 1869, in a small town named  Porbandar in Gujarat, India, Mohandas Gandhi was born into a Hindu family.
