The morning of 21st June was not a usual one for me. A morning that begins with a Masterclass by your favourite chef can never be usual.
Vikas Khanna is a top-notch celebrity chef. He has won accolades and made the country proud at multiple occasions and the feeling of receiving a masterclass from him was an overwhelming one.
It was the launch of Quakers whole oats and the Michelin star chef was all prepared to teach Oatmeal’s alternatives and to create wholesome breakfasts. But before commencing the masterclass he informed the audience about the importance of a hearty breakfast. He narrated how his mother always told him that skipping breakfasts can make people hot-headed easily and how it was true indeed because skipping breakfasts leads to the brain not receiving its fuel and thus, making the person agitated.
He demonstrated how the Quaker whole oats can be used to make scrumptious, flavorful and healthy breakfast. The highlight of the masterclass were Vikas’s interesting on-the-go recipes that prove to be a perfect solution for the ever-so-busy millennials!
Amidst our hectic lifestyle, Quaker emphasizes on giving our day a healthy start. It provides energy and a nutritional boost in the morning. The uncut oats are bigger in size giving it a distinct texture.
